My computer's finally fixed. Tried to install windows XP cos a lot of programmes couldn't work with windows 98. But something went wrong and everything couldn't work after that. So my uncle had to come and take my comp home to repair. Then he had to format my whole hard drive to fix it. But good thing I burnt most of my info, music and pictures into cds before he took the computer away. Yeah. So I survived for one whole week without a computer! Right. Withdrawal symptoms every night. Bleah.
Ok. Yay I got my first A in NJ! Wah... yeah. Bio. For 2 whole years, I've never even smelt an A... ah well. Prelims was quite good. Best exam in NJ... Still can be worked on. The most "disappointing" was compre for GP. Got like quite low whereas everyone was getting like 34 and above. Ah well... now I know my mistake lah. Cannot transpose until nobody can tell where my point is. And I like my CCA records! Two whole pages man... yeah man! Ok ok...hmm... all at the expense of my studies but ah well. Yay. And CIP! There was stuff which I didn't even know I did! Or I didn't know was counted...like college day. So past the 100 mark. Platinum award..yeah right. Ha.
Oh and I ran a total of 28 rounds last week, plus 10 more today. Yay. With wansing and rachel. It's good to have people to run with. However, even though I started running, I seemed to have put on weight. Didn't weigh myself, but my bermudas seem tighter. Blah. Have to stop eating so much junk food as well.
The world is so interesting. So many different aspects. There are people, and there is the environment. There are also ideas and concepts. Morality. Science. Ah... Sounds like...GP! If only we could just do GP everyday. Er...the essay bit minus the margins part. No compre. Don't really like comprehensions. So...not fun. Ha. But essays are too thrilling to do during exams. They should just be taught and discussed. Trash out the issues in class. Everyone should learn philosophy. So many things to learn. They should teach it in schools! Shouldn't emphasise so much on science and stuff. For the argument on this, go ask andrew francis peirera. Or read his AQ.
Think I might miss NJ. Maybe not as much as I missed MG but still at least a little. Not the admin lah. Maybe...some teachers (or one), the food, the building etc. Ah...the food. I just discovered mutton briyani a couple of days ago and after that, the roti prata stall refused to open! Wah. Yeah it's good. Cept for a slight...detergent taste? Some kind of funny spice lah. And I still haven't seen a murtabak before. Haiz. Two more days of school. The prata stall better open soon man.
