Went for the australian uni open day over the weekend. Guess what? I found out that there wasn't a semester 2 intake for veterinary science at all the universities offering the degree. Means that if I wanted to apply for entry next year, I would have to apply for the Feb intake, which would be before the A level results are released. Before I can try for dentistry in NUS.
Ah yes. And my mother doesn't want me to go overseas. UK and US are out of the question. Even for australia, it's like... yar.
And I don't like to rush to apply. Don't like to rush for anything. Deadline for application is end of oct. So am thinking of maybe...waiting for my A level results first, apply to NUS, then if really cannot find a course that I like in NUS, apply to australia the following year. However, if I do that, I'll waste a year. Moreover, vet science is a 5 year course, so... I would graduate extremely late.
What do I do?
Yeah one itsy-bitsy reason why I'm applying is cos... my nephew keeps waking me up on saturday mornings cos he stays over on friday nights. Eeks. Yes yes I know it's a frivolous reason. Maybe I shouldn't consider it at all. (I don't like babies by the way). Fine... Shall just...er... blah I don't know. Bear with it? Hahahaha... Ok...
So how? Try for dentistry first? Don't apply this year? Blah. If only someone would just tell me what to do...like...do this! Or do that! Too bad...no one's gonna do that.
I don't know. Advice? Maybe...
