Oh fine. Haven't updated in more than a month. Didn't feel like it, though much has happened since the A levels ended. They did end, by the way. On the 18th of Nov. Ha.
What did I do? Lots, and then, not a lot. It depends. Ah went out everyday. Yep. If I said everything I did each day, it would probably take forever. That's what I get for being *ahem* lazy. Here's a summarised list in no particular order:
- Collected saga seeds with rach
- Went for 2 job interviews, both of which I prob didn't get
- Went out to various places
- Went for a chalet with shooting club people
- Read 2 complete books, and a few half completed ones
- Went Christmas shopping
- Shopping in general
- Watched harry potter and pride & prejudice
- Learnt to slack haha :D
- Signed up for driving lessons. Haven't started yet though
- Played pool another time
- Went to Beijing
Yep...
Lets try to describe the trip. In point form :P Lazy sia :P
- Took a midnight flight there. Reached 6 hours later.
- Was absolutely freezing. I don't think I've been to a colder place. Most days, temperatures ranged between minus 4 to 2 degrees. At Chen De, it dropped to minus 10 to 0 or something like that. Was mainly the wind's fault that it was so cold and unbearable. Spent most of the time trying to keep warm.
- Went to Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Summer Palace, saw Mao's body, climbed the Great Wall nearly to the top, went to numerous gardens/tombs/palaces that all looked similar, went to about 3 shopping malls/alleys to shop, visited the bridge where WW2 started, went to some underground city, and various places.
- Finished a book.
- The food was fine. Cos the local guide was so obsessed with the food that the cooks didn't dare put too much salt and oil. Still oily, but better.
- Didn't snow.
Ok that's enough. For now :P
